Mr Alex Tan has been involved in numerous capital raising transactions in Singapore over the years. Some of his most notable IPO deals include Geo Energy Resources Ltd, China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings Ltd, Dyna-Mac Engineering Services, Maxi-Cash Financial Services Corporation Ltd, BH Global Marine Ltd, Artivision Technologies Ltd.

Ms Teo Yi Jing, Partner, Rajah & Tann, Advocates & Solicitors, Singapore-
Yi Jing has been practising as a corporate lawyer since she was called to the bar in 2003. She has been practising mainly in the area of corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
She has been recommended in Capital Markets in The Asia Pacific Legal 500 2013 which notes that Yi Jing is very dedicated and has good interpersonal skills.

Hwee Ling specialises in reporting accountant services for initial public offerings (IPO) or other equity fund raising transactions and comfort letter services for international offerings of debts instruments. These services require extensive management and coordination with various overseas Deloitte offices due to the cross border reporting arrangement.
